Pros:

お風呂が18時〜入浴出来るお話しでしたが、浴槽にはお湯が張ってなく、シャワーも出が悪くて寒い思いをしました。
部屋はカメムシも多く、とても残念でした。

Pros:

Super friendly staff and very helpful with providing information. The room is decent nothing outstanding, so is the public bath in the basement. But this place is quite convenient to an izakaya just few minutes away foot and also a local small onsen. The staff made this place worth it.

Pros:

ホテル側から指定された場所に駐車し(ホテル敷地より若干道路にはみ出ている)、駐車後問題無いかホテルスタッフにはみ出ている駐車場所に来てもらい確認してもらいOKだった。
翌朝早朝の出発だったので寝ようとしていた21:30部屋を2度ノックされ、風呂上がりなのに極寒の外へ行き、駐車場所を変更させられた。
翌日大切な予定があったが、体調不良で予定変更をしなければならず、大変迷惑だった。

Pros:

The staff didn't give accurate information - all the staff were Chinese so both English and Japanese language was not clear. There are 2 separate buildings. It's a very steep hill to the hotel, so it was very tiring to walk carrying luggage. The bath was not available at the time that we stayed. The toilets are small.

But the room was clean, comfortable, and warm. The showers were also hot, but the water pressure was a bit weak.

There are better places to stay in this area.
