Personal de recepción súper amable y formado que nos ayudaron mucho en un percance que tuvimos con uno de nuestros hijos. Muy amables y atentos también en el restaurante.

Endroit magnifique. Literie confortable. Très belle piscine pour les enfants, aire de jeux et salle d’arcades. Pour les sportifs il y aussi une salle de fitness et des terrains de Padel. Le personnel est très agréable. Nous avons mangé au restaurant, la cuisine était simple mais très bonne.

Magnifiques chambres confortables

Väldigt fin resort. Mycket aktiviteter, gym bad paddel. Stor fin pool avdelning. Mycket trevlig personal.

Notre séjour en famille était parfait.
La salle de sport, la piscine, le restaurant Caliza, le personnel etc. Le petit déjeuner était top.
Dommage que le Spa était fermé ce mois-ci.
Nous reviendrons certainement.

My stay this time was better than the last one. Nice property to relax for you and family.

Checked in at 4pm.
When we entered the room, it was 28.5C in the room. By 11pm, it’s 27.5C. 8am in the morning, room temp was 26. I had the AC set to 19c throughout. The room was hot. Furthermore, the toilet wasn’t even working. We used it and then realized it wasn’t working. They had to send guys to reset the power circuit for the whole room in order to power the toilet and for it working. The room was just not ready for us. Very disappointed.

Everything was really good but Breakfast was really bad! this Hotel should consider to improve or stop to offer the breakfast service if they keep current system.

Rooms are spacious and clean. New resort.

I would never come back. It’s a sport facility that has added a hotel on it. Have no clue what service is. Hotel is new but smells horrible and damp.

We were showed a way to get to the hotel building that was not accessible with a stroller. Once after a lot of carrying up stairs I called and asked for better route with our kids. He replied if you come back I can explain you? Head a joke to me when we finally made it to the room.


The suite we stayed in was big but very dirty and made cheaply. The balcony was also just forgotten about by the cleaners. Our daughter almost choked on plastic tags that they had not cleaned from the previous guests. The puke on the bathroom wall was also not the nicest thing to greet us in the room.

We had asked for a cot, called and made sure it would be in our room as we arrive early. Asked in reception at check in again but when we came to the room it wasn’t there.

Restaurant is not made for hotel guest more as a compliment for the sport facility once again. No kids food broken high chairs. Parking is very confusing, when you finally find the hotel parking you can’t get up as you need a hotel key to get up?!? No bell to ring or anything just have to walk all the way an k through the parking garage o find another exit.


Clearly someone thought they could open a hotel with no parking whatsoever experience or knowledge on what it means to run one.

Impresionante las intalaciones del resort, Estuve alojado una noche, ya que fui por trabajo, pero pienso volver,
habtaciones amplias y muy limpias, las camas muy comodas, muy cuidado el detalle de la habtacion como de sus istalaciones, Restaurante expectacular tanto el desayuno como la cena..
completamneto recomendable para familias y vacaciones.

This was our first time staying here and it was an overall amazing experience. It’s clean, plenty of amenities and the staff was pleasant and helpful!

Stayed while competing in Valencia so didn’t use any of the sports facilities. Had a water leak that required 2 room moves and an overnight power cut. The staff were helpful but it took several hours to find an alternative room which was disappointing as it happened on the only free day we had and the hotel was far from full.

Hotel facilities look amazing and restaurant was quality, esp the staff who were excellent. Standard of the finish in the accommodation was top class benefiting from not being open for long.
