Boardwalk Suites & Residences By Kasa

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The location was great for being downtown. The room was mostly clean besides garbages weren’t emptied. The communication was a bit off. Unfortunately, we could not see the check in time prior to booking this stay. We did request early check-in, but that was not able to be accommodated which is fine. We reviewed the check-in instructions which said that we could enter at 3:30 so we did. After we got in the room, I checked my phone and had a text message saying that the room would not be ready for another two hours which was strange because we were in the room and had the code to enter. We went about our business and headed out downtown and got another message at 5:50 saying that they would need another 20 minutes. Again, this is strange because we were already in the room. There was no one there to clean the room. The room was already clean. It just left us very confused. We let them know when we checked out and later in the day, we still got a text message about returning vacuums to their closet which we never even used. Again the room was nice, but all these text messages left us feeling rather confused. We would have been highly upset if we were not able to enter until after 6 PM and there wasn’t even anyone there cleaning the room.

The pictures we were shown of the room we got were different. Why wouldn’t you share pictures of the actual unit we booked?? This was very misleading, I booked two rooms and feel like we should receive a partial refund. We didn’t even get a kitchen to cook in so we had to eat out!!!

I enjoyed having the convenience of home while away on business.

The apartment was in pristine condition and very comfortable. I especially liked the bathroom (loads of hot water always quickly delivered). The bed was quite comfy and the kitchen user-friendly. There were many great restaurants within walkable distance. The whole apartment building was very quiet. I would highly recommend this property.

New property, very clean and convenient to walk downtown. Rooms were adequate in size with a loveseat for additional seating. Suggestion is to add a vending machine for extra convenience.

Beautiful property. Close to all the shops and restaurants. Parking close by but you have to pay.

Check in and communication was a total pain. It’s all automated and multiple people were having issues.

No parking on site. Had to use parking garage down road.

Very clean, newer. Only issue the KASA Supply closet was not available to people staying. Had to find a store at 11:00pm for toilet paper. Also need dishwasher tablets and a set of towels. Saw cleaner in morning. She said supply closet has never been for guests and keeps it locked. With no front desk, this needs to be addressed

Stayed at this apartment had a wonderful time. Everything is very clean and updated. Great location.
Happy there was an elevator because we had a lot of luggage.
Parking is the only issue. You have to park a few blocks away for overnight parking.
Highly recommend other than that.

10/10 recommend!! Clean and convenient location! Only downside was no onsite parking, but they recommended a lot about a block away. $20/day max on parking there

Check in and out with the Kasa remote format was easy, the accommodations were clean and new.

Overall, not close to the representation. Photos make it seem that all rooms are suites. Not true and we thought was misleading. We paid for a suite/residence and got a very small hotel room. We regrets staying there.

Wayfinding is poor and my wife felt unsafe when arriving. The front door is actually a side door and you are required to move luggage over curbs and a gravel flower bed.
