Pros:

Breakfast team , Marta & all her colleagues really set you up for the day, excellent staff, excellent food , really great stay in this hotel . Javier & the Valet team were great with extra water , towels for the day & recommendations on place’s & restaurants to try.

Pros:

Fantastic resort, with beautiful large rooms, the bathroom includes everything you need. Also the breakfast buffet has a large variety of chooses. The service of the front desk and concierge are truly 5 stars. Only 2 suggestion for improvement: 1 the pool needs some proper cleaning specifically between the tiles and in corners. 2 we suggest to install a buzzer or phone at the beach and main hotel for transfer from and to the beach. I would definitely recommend this resort and I would like to revisit it. Again thank you for the excellent service

Einzigartiger Ausblick. Neues modern und geschmackvoll gestaltetes großzügiges 5 Sterne Hotel.
Besonders hervorzuheben sind die jungen, sehr sehr freundlichen und aufmerksamen Mitarbeiter, die eine gute sehr positive niveauvolle Stimmung ausstrahlen!

Le Fairmont est toujours une valeur sûre

Une très belle expérience dans un hôtel magnifique, vue imprenable sur mer et golf, chambre très spacieuse avec grande terrasse, piscines au top, plage accessible à pied.

Nous avons été impressionnés par la réactivité du personnel à nos demandes, ma femme a eu un échange avec le directeur de l’hôtel Mr Fahd qui réagit de manière instantanée pour répondre aux différents besoins, on a rarement vu un directeur d’hôtel aussi présent et disponible pour les clients.

Un grand merci à Maya de la réception qui est très professionnelle et extrêmement agréable ainsi que toute l’équipe du check-in.

Nous avons eu également un super moment au restaurant El Faro, je félicite le chef pour ses plats succulents ainsi que le responsable de la salle pour ses explications très claires pour le choix des plats.

Le petit déjeuner est juste incroyable, choix varié et surtout produits très frais.

Mes enfants ont adorés le kids club, ils y passaient la journée, ils étaient choyés par l’équipe d’animation qui fait un travail remarquable, bref on était tellement bien qu’on avait décidé de prolonger notre séjour.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel.
