Pros:

大浴場が広く、温泉がとっても良かったです。また温泉に入った後で、ラウンジでビールを飲みながらのんびりできるのもGood!
一方で開業から半年以上経っているものの、スタッフの方々の対応が高級ホテルとはまるで違う印象。まごまごしているというか、ゲストを待たせない工夫が足りないというか…。研修の充実を望みます。

チェックインをタブレット端末によるシステムにしているが入力の使い勝手がとても悪い。アルファベット順ではなくキーボード表示にすべき。また旅行ユースだからかもしれないが部屋に机など作業スペースが全くない点も改善して頂きたい。

2泊で宿泊させて頂きました。
まだ新しくホテル全体綺麗でした。エレベーターも6台稼働していて大浴場に行く時や1階に降りる時もすぐに来ます。1階にコンビニも入っていて飲み物など買いたい時にも24時間開いていて便利でした。
ただ、大浴場ですが外国人の方がとても多くスリッパでそのまま入って来ていたり、スリッパに付ける番号を付けているのに勝手に外して履いて帰ってきてしまったりと日本の大浴場の使い方がわからない方が多く残念でした。
大浴場は温度の違う湯船が色々あって良かったです。また宿泊したいと思いました。

大浴場が広くて良かった。開放的なラウンジでゆっくりできて最高でした。アメニティはフロント近くに置いてあって2日目の朝に紅茶を取りに行ったら補充されていなくて品切れのお茶があってアールグレイもなくて残念でした。

全体的にとても綺麗で、素敵な香りもしていました。子供に対してのサービスや対応も良かったです。
私の行った時間がそうだっただけだとは思いますが、お風呂エリアが、宿泊客に対しては少し狭く、身体を洗うのに行列ができていました。
それでもとても楽しい時間を家族で過ごせました。

Overall clean property, nice parking garage, nice view from the spa. I was looking forward to the onsen. However there were so many Chinese guests that were very loud and not following Japanese tradition and onsen guidelines (coming into the changing area dripping wet, bringing big towels to the bath, yelling, etc). It was NOT relaxing at all and we didn't even go back to the bath the following day. Sad, but we will not return if the guests are allowed to destroy the peaceful environment. Thank you.
