El restauran bueno está rico el buffet que ofrecen, algo que me gustó es que en el lobby siempre tienen agua, café y fruta para los huéspedes sin ningún costo, la alberca funcional y bueno tiene detalles en las instalaciones pero lo están remodelando, si pones algún reporte te atienden de inmediato, lo único que el personal de intendencia sea más enfocado en la limpieza ya que son muy baquetones para hacer el aseo de los cuartos.

Cuando llegas no te dan la bienvenida, te atienden como robot, no hay teléfono en el cuarto para decirles lo que está mal, nunca se vio los canales de la televisión porque había poca señal de internet, y ni van ni mandan a nadie a checar, no te dicen los servicios que cuenta el hotel,no te dicen si hay desayunos, o alberca, la recepcionista fatal, deberían de poner más atención al huésped

Encuentro un área de oportunidad de que pongan un cesto de basura en el área de habitación y pongan toallas de mano así como tapete o algo al salir de la regadera. Fue de gran utilidad el tener agua y café disponible así como la fruta en el recibidor, algo muy agradable

La verdad no limpian bien las habitaciones la mía el baño sucio y con telarañas y olía a humedad la habitación empleados y servicio bueno la higiene es lo que falta. No tome fotos por respeto pero si falta la calidad de higiene no me quedaría de nuevo ahí pero que por el precio entonces entiendo.
