A primeira impressão não é tão agradável por ser mais antigo e mais isolado, mas atendeu nossas expectativas. Ficamos hospedados no que eles chamam de condomínio, como se fosse um apartamento bem amplo e com tudo que é necessário para uma moradia completa. Café da manhã gostoso. Piscina ampla, com vista do alto pro mar. Restaurante no local. Bom atendimento.

La ubicación es genial si uno quiere disfrutar de las playas de la zona. Sin embargo le hace falta mantenimiento y renovación a la propiedad para que uno la pase mejor. Los muebles son viejos y un poco sucios. Con muy poca inversión se mejoraría demasiado la propiedad y la experiencia.

Excelente servicio y el lugar perfecto

The staff is extremely kind and supportive, the view is unbelievable, it was fantastic. The restaurant and bar are outstanding. The rooms were tidy and comfortable. I will definitely come back. Appreciations to Marjorie and the other gentleman whose name I can't recall. You must experience the chiliguaro!!!!!

Poor service, very disappointed with entire time. Ii have been to hundreds of different hotels for cheaper and would not recommend this location

View from the pool/restaurant area was beautiful! They were able to accommodate an early check in when we got there. Can walk to beach about 3km round trip, better than driving on the pot hole filled dirt road. Staff was great even with a language barrier.
Road getting in and out is horrendous. We weren’t in the main hotel which looked much nicer than the cabin/2 bedroom unit we were in that was down the steep hill from the main buildings. No fridge in unit. Road made us not want to go anywhere as it was very rough on our little rent a car. Whole place seemed run down-weeds growing in pavement, holes in bedding, curtains. There was a coffee maker but nothing to make coffee with (filters, coffee). A skunk liked to visit but upon checking out, nobody could understand what I was trying to relay to them. Would definitely look elsewhere before booking here again.

The place was a bit run down . But the staff are very helpfull and friendly . The view is lovely but we booked with intentions of being near a nice beach. The beach isnt very close as the propertly on a hill . And the beach was not nice . Its also in the midfke of no where

The entire staff delivers great customer service. I stayed 3 days and I felt like home. The food at the restaurant is great. They have a great view.

PROs: The pool was refreshing. Outdoor shower near the pool to rinse off. Stunning views. Lots of seating. Staffing was limited but they did their best to go above and beyond. They accommodated our early check in. We were able to book on the day of our stay with instant confirmation. (We had previously booked another stay (twice) which had both been cancelled by the hosts last minute as they were double booked over the holidays). Staff spoke English, were friendly and helpful. A/C. Large room. Bathroom had a fan. Free parking on site. Casado breakfast included with coffee. Restaurant on site as limited food options nearby. Close to beaches. Would recommend a horse riding tour/turtle viewing experience as they are both nearby and convenient.
CONs: They had just started accepting booking via Expedia 2 weeks prior and were not ready for the huge influx of bookings. Dirt road to get to the establishment. Could use updating/renovations (dated). Lots of large ants in the rooms, we took care to seal anything sweet and kept the door closed with air conditioning on. Giant crickets in the evenings, one landed in my partners hands by the pool. The beds were not very confortable, sheets were thin/ripped and the water in the shower was cold, but we were thankful to have a place to stay on short notice. I wouldn’t stay here if you’re easily bothered by insects.
