Pros:

Magnifique séjours, nous avons passé 3 jours merveilleux à nous ressourcer. Le wellness centre est vraiment top, tout est soigné et très propre. Nous avons essayé le massage du corps et le soin de visage, très satisfaits !
Les personnels sont très accueillant, le dinner délicieux, la chambre bien spacieux et confortable. Nous donnons bien 10/10 pour ce superbe hôtel et c’est certain qu’on y retournera!

After a long day with car trouble, we unexpectedly ended up at this hotel because we couldn't drive any further. We were welcomed by Andreas and a colleague, and we couldn't have asked for a better welcome after our terrible day! Andreas arranged everything we wanted, and we were still able to get something to eat even though the kitchen was almost closing. A beautiful, fresh, clean room with the air conditioning working wonderfully, and a wonderful ambiance throughout the hotel. Everybody was very friendly and it is a realy beautifull hotel!! Beds are perfect, everything clean and top service! 👌👌

The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are modern and clean. The food is exquisite but pricey. Dinner for 2 was 30 percent more than we paid for the room but worth it.
The staff seem new or not well trained. It was a bit faulty towers at times. Many young people but when we walked in to the hotel we were kind of ignored for about 10 minutes while 2 people dealt with one customer in french.. we booked for dinner but when we got to the restaurant there were more faulty towers moments when after being ignored again we managed to interrupt someone and were told we’d have to eat inside which was not what we booked. Eventually a manager came and said just wait 10 mins and we will sort it. It took a Long time to get a glass of champagne, like how hard can it be, but I think it’s just they have a bunch of kids working there out of university over summer holidays. Could have given us a glass of something to say sorry .. but it’s very French. You’re a bit of an inconvenience and definitely some of the team have never operated at high level or under stress. But look beyond because the place is so beautiful. I’d definitely come back but next time rock up in my Ferrari and I might get a different reaction.
