We arrived at 16:30 and were escorted to the waiting area on the 20th-floor lobby for check-in. The reception appeared understaffed, with several groups waiting, which resulted in the check-in process taking over 15–20 minutes. Unfortunately, the staff seated us right next to a large, very loud group, despite there being other available tables and seats further away.

After a long journey, we were already tired, and the extended wait—coupled with being seated in such a noisy environment—felt extremely inconsiderate for a hotel of this caliber. This level of insensitivity was especially surprising for a Japanese hotel, where attention to detail and guest comfort are typically held to the highest standards.

But the room was amazing, it's generously sized, with the best view looking at Osaka Castle. The breakfast was pretty amazing. Spa, pool and gym were great.

It is important to separate loud guests though - some people are really noisy and loud at breakfast too, making it unbearable at times.

景觀好，飯店美但便利性和整潔度稍嫌不足，因為我真的很怕蟲，最後鞋盒都沒帶走，直接放棄，但整體還是算舒

飯店的迎賓服務很棒，非常用心的寫了小卡片給我的小女兒（訂房時有備註..）而且主動幫我們升等房型，非常感謝！！大阪城的view真的是太美了，美中不足的是，附近的便利商店都有點距離，步行可到的只有一間小小的family，走的時候車流和超速有點令人緊張，後來寧可搭Uber去附近seven，有四個便利商店也有藥妝，另外在硬體上飯店的設計真的可惜，把衣櫃和浴室做成連通的，會導致吊掛的衣服天天都是潮濕的，要處理潮濕的衣服有點麻煩，飯店設計師居然沒有考慮到濕氣的問題，而且最好要退房時發現我帶去的鞋盒（衣櫃對面）居然跑進一隻蟲子，嚴重嚇到，我覺得可能還是跟濕氣有點關係，另外有可能是打掃的部分不夠仔細，因為前ㄧ天根本沒蟲子，每天床頭和臥榻床邊的灰塵都蠻多的，得自己擦拭。

Beautiful hotel with view of Osaka castle

The hotel design and amenities are excellent. The rooms with the castle view are beautiful. The breakfast is excellent. One of the best. However, the service in the hotel is going through some growing pains being new. Also limited restaurant choices for dinner in hotel.

Le Patina Osaka est un hôtel sublime avec un service irréprochable. L’atmosphère qui y règne est très agréable, et l’emplacement face au château nous donne l’impression d’être hors du temps.
