Quarto confortável, transfer de ida e volta para o aeroporto. 5 minutos do aeroporto. Excelente opcao para quem quer pernoitar em Jakarta

Staying with family total 4 people. The rooms were clean. Our rooms with windows which were pretty good but they were very warm/hot when we got there. It took long to get comfortable room temperature.
The shuttle to airport departed on-time and the driver was very professional.
Will stay again in the future!

部屋は綺麗でしたが、小さいゴキブリがいた。冷蔵庫がなかった。

식기들은 설겆이가 안 한 상태로 나와서 기분이 나빴어요 룸 청결상태도 그닥 좋지가 않아서 난감했습니다

It was just a stopover night, everythg was ok except for its water pressure that is low while using the water closet.

La camera purtroppo non era pulitissima ed il bagno con uno spazio veramente limitato per muoversi. Inoltre farei trovare egli ospiti che arrivano dall’aeroporto da un viaggio potenzialmente lungo almeno una bottiglia di acqua.

部屋にミネラルウォーターがなかったのは困りました。廊下に給水器があるなら最初に伝えて欲しかったです。シャトルの運行時間も夕方までと、予約前に情報提供して下さい。受付のかた、運転手の方など、好印象でしたので、是非改善を。

Sadly we were not ao pleased with our stay. It just began with the airport transfer: via expedia it only says "free airport shuttle" the hotel itself didn't send any informations until I asked them about. Comes out there are 6 times a day for pick up and drop of which are free - i think it is very unlikely that one of them fits your flight time. For that Hotel price you can easily find another airport hotel with really free shuttle service.

The woman at the reception seemed to hate her job. Neither was she friendly nor did she tell us anything, we needed to ask every question by ourselves.

Then to the room: in the so calles "deluxe room" there are no windows. This isn't mentioned anywhere during the booking, if you want a room with a window you need to pay more. Also the room was ok clean, but definitely could be better.

The breakfast in the restaurant is more asian food, which is ok, but would be nice to know beforehand. Anyways the staff was kind in the restaurant but also really slow. There was a water fountain to refill your water, which we appreciated.

During our stay our toddler broke one cup in the room. At checkout we informed the same lady as during check-in about it, and we needed to pay 50k idr for it... Never heard about any hotel/restaurant which let pay there guest for such things. Also would guess they buy this cup for 10k idr or less...

All in all we wouldn't stay again. For this price you can get a ton of better stays nearby.

The hotel is a very neat and clean. Hotel staff are friendly and courteous. Only one suggestion that they could not speak english well baring 1 or 2 . I would still recommend hotel for stay as the hotel is clean and hosts a lot of corporate events so maintans a good standard

Rooms are small but for an airport hotel, it’s plenty. The staff is very helpful. Special mention on the baggage storage for the helpfulness of the staff and the care they take.

Fani and her staff was great. They are on top of everything and treat you with the upmost respect.

Leuk hotel alles redelijk goed geregeld maar geen ramen in de kamer verders alles oké
