Pros:

Level of quality at Tru by Hilton is outstanding. This was a very brief one-night stay, near to the airport, since our flight left early the next morning. Our experience was very good. Staff was attentive and assisted very graciously. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

Pros:

Since the hotel is almost brand new, everything was clean and cheerful. It would have been nice if the room had a second chair and a better place to open the luggage. Otherwise the room was very bright and pleasant.

We enjoyed breakfast and the various choices that were available. I also like the fact that coffee and tea were available all day.

We had dinner one evening in the bar area. The food had a good taste. We enjoyed talking with the young woman that was attending the bar.

Pros:

Poor internet with no connection to email or internet sites - free for Reward Members, otherwise $5/day. Small rooms. No coffee maker in room and no microwave except in Lobby. Very disappointed with a HILTON facility.

Top notch service, location, and superb customer service.

As an sustainability nerd, I was impressed with the mugs at the coffee counter, but disappointed that the "to go" cups were wrapped in individual plastic - no need for that! And please consider expanding your recycling efforts beyond plastic bottles.

Stayed over night traveling from CA to TX, everything was great, the room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. Breakfast was okay just like any other complementary breakfast.

We had a wonderful experience with Tru by Hilton Flagstaff. The staff was very friendly and helpful, provided excellent recommendations for gorgeous places to hike and explore. I will be staying there again in the future.

The only bad thing I have to say is your towels are hard as hell. Whatever happened to hotel towels being soft and fluffy? It’s like I dried off with 30 grit sand paper on my face.
