Good budget hotel close to the airport. Not a lot to do in the area

Gerçekten çok ilgili ve kibar personel ayrıca temiz ve geniş odalar . Personel herşeye çok yardımcı oluyor Avrupadaki ibislere göre çok çok daha kaliteli bence

Arrived 23.00… A very nice lady quickly helped me check in. She was nice. Went out for a minute, came back to get my suitcases and go to the room. Saw this gentleman wearing a Tshirt behind the reception telling her off. I found this very unprofessional in front of a guest. I thought he would stop as I was stood there looking at them. There was another staff member there I think he was taking over for the night shift. I asked if I could get a drink from the bar, they gave it to me but couldnt find the price of it as the bar was apparently closed. At the meantime - I think he was front office manager? - carried on telling the lady that basicly she didn’t do a good job that day. This could be the case but I was thinking “ Do you think it’s right to ignore a hotel guest and speak to staff like that infront of me? This is very unprofessional. And just wearing a Tshirt, he looked like he just woke up and came to check the hand over of the shift. A manager should dreas and act a lot more professionally.
Apart from this, hotel room was above my expectations. Clean, modern, very good value for money. Hotel is great. It’s just the attitude of one person ruined it for me. I don’t like people being treated like that infront of others. Thanks

Good property for being close to the airport, nice clean rooms

Staff really helpful, hotel is conveniently located to SAW airport. Construction next door of you are not there during the day is no problem. Hard to find food around. Hotel has a decent restaurant

Personel güleryüzlü, ilgili ve yardımsever, otel genel olarak çok temiz ve odalar konforlu. Biz ailece çok memnun kaldık. Fiyat- performans dengesi çok iyi

The room was much smaller than it looked in its picture.

Odalar sigara içilmez olmasına rağmen banyomuz buram buram sigara kokuyordu. Duş ve banyoda sabun dışında bir ürün yoktu. Yatak çok rahatsızdı

Das Personal ist wirklich sehr Freundlich und Hilfsbereit auch das Personal Mahmut,Yaprak und Dorukhan sind uns sehr entgegen gekommen und haben uns noch erlaubt etwas länger im Zimmer zu bleiben da unser Flug etwas später war sprich statt 12 Uhr um 15 Uhr das nenne ich Service also sehr zu Empfehlen und sauber ist das Hotel auch stand 8.9.25
