Great hotel in the Center of Quepos. Very new and modern. Room are small but have all the facilities. The only negative point is the breakfast ( not worth the price).

Very nice spot next to some great restaurants (Soda Sanchez particularly). It’s pretty and decorated nicely. Came here with my girlfriend for 3 days. The nook upstairs is wonderful and so are the staff. It’s gated for security and has really good coffee for guests- for free! Would come back again.

Terrible stay.

We had no AC in our rooms meant suffocating stuffy moist air. The only shower didn't look safe to use. The pools were nice and breakfast was goid

Overall a pleasant stay and good value. Helpful staff, lovely pool, communal kitchen area were nice. Lack of hot water in the shower and whirlpool was disappointing. Loud 'happy hour' music was rather obnoxious, but turned down upon request. Interesting other guests made for good interactions.

C’était un hébergement extrêmement médiocre. Pour commencer, lors de notre arrivée nous avons entendues deux clients de plaindre de vol dans leur chambre. Vols d’argent et d’objets de valeurs commis par le personnel. C’est alors que nous réalisons que nos chambre ne contiennent pas de coffre fort alors nous avons été obligé de ce promener tous les jours avec notre argent sur nous. Puisque nous avions peur de se faire voler par l’hôtel. De plus, dans notre hébergement nous avions inclu le déjeuner mais une fois à l’hôtel. On apprend que l’hôtel n’offre pas ce service malgré qu’on ai payer pour. Situation très frustrante dans laquelle nous avons été offert AUCUNE compensation. En plus de cela, nous avons eu la mauvaise chambre lors de notre arrivée et avons du nous plaindre pour avoir la bonne. Encore une fois, le personnel était désagréable et encore plus la gérante. Bref, l’hôtel était encore en construction, donc poussière partout, beaucoup de déplacements de personnels de construction, bruit, odeur désagréable, si j’avais su cela avant de réserver, je n’aurais pas été à cet hôtel. J’ai vraiment été déçu autant par expédia que par l’hôtel. Je ne recommanderai jamais les deux à un de mes proches.

When I arrived I had to pay $80 they also treated me like take it or no room for you.. and a bad excuse that the instant msg of Orbitz didnt arrive... If i get the notification I pretty sure they get it too. When I complained about it the next morning I got a few dollars back not the full amount though.. Atleast it was something. Bad experience right?
Rooms are certainly not worth $80 very basic didnt even have a toilet roll, there was no breakfast either?

O hotel é bem bonito, mas achei o quarto muito apertado, nao tinha um lugar para colocar a mala.

El personal es muy amable, las instalaciones son muy limpias, agradables, y con buena ubicación en quepos, justo a lado de la terminal que te lleva a Manuel Antonio, San José, etc.

Room service is weekends only and the walls are thin so you can hear kids in the pool at 6am cannonballing and screaming
The staff is incredibly nice and most speak English only complaints would be from the noise and out of my 5 days they only cleaned the room once
