Friendly and helpful staff
Pros:

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist us with transportation, even booking taxis or Ubers remotely when we were away from the hotel. Their breakfast options were diverse and delicious. One suggestion for improvement would be to designate separate floors for smokers and nonsmokers.

Especially those cleaning ladies (黄姐)she made us feel like home away from home!the! Overall it’s quite an experience !! Thanks for a very warm welcome & services from all of the 府山酒店 staffs .
