I was required to pay a bond when I checked-in. I was told this would be refunded on check out. I checked out on Monday and today it is Thursday and I am still waiting for the refund.

Lovely stay here, room was clean and tidy, the man that checked us in was the most amazing host absolutely lovely guy made our stay!

Also a good continental breakfast

Parking was a little bit tight and limited

The hotel was basic, but perfectly adequate for my needs. On-site car parking was excellent. My room was small but comfortable for one person. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

If you just need a no frills place to stay on a budget for a night its good. Electric shower wasnt hot so not happy with that. Room was clean apart from a stain on the single duvet. I would recommend if you just want to sleep in comfort.

We booked for 3 adults as attended wythenshaw park concert. We originally were going to drive to the hotel and it was the free parking that drew me to it. However we ended up getting a train to Manchester in the end. The hotel is a short walk to the tram stop, the staff of the hotel are all chatty and friendly and very helpful if you need to know anything. The room is basic but we just needed somewhere to sleep! The beds were comfy and the Shower was good. We didn't use the lounge area downstairs but it had a fridge,microwave and kettle in so you could make food and drink and either eat it in the lounge area or take it to your room. There was also a breakfast provided, with croissants, yoghurt, fruit,ham,cheese,avacado and toast you just help yourself, there's also every tea you could imagine coffee and fruit juices on offer. I'm sure this hotel gets booked alot by people attending the hospital. Which is just over the road, there are also a few takeaways opposite the hotel if you want to get takeaway. Will definitely look at booking this hotel again. It was very good value for money.

The staff are amazing and very friendly. It has a homely feel to the place and that i am part of the family. Nothing is too trouble. The dining room is immaculate as is the rest of the building. I had such a good sleep and i definitely would stay here again. In fact i have booked an extra night tonight. Free parking off road with shops right across the road and Salford Royal hospital is just across the road.

Hotel is lovely and clean with a great lounge where you can help yourself to tea & coffee, use the microwave or fridge freezer. The staff were so welcoming, going over and above to make our stay comfortable, and continental breakfast in the morning was excellent, everything you could think off, served by a very lovely lady, sorry I didn’t get your name. Thanks for making our weekend.

Property was clean and adequate could have been better signposted on main road but otherwise staff and property good

The staff were super helpful when we arrived. There was limited parking but they showed us the parking around the back. The morning staff were lovely at breakfast. The lounge room was good for tea and coffee. Thank you.

Couldn't have felt more welcome from the moment I stepped in. Lovely staff! Bus stop to get into central manchester right outside. For the price, absolutely worth it. No kettle or TV in the room but a lovely communal area where you can go and get tea (with ACTUAL milk, none of the UHT stuff in chain hotels). Area is a little loud during the night because of the hospital so bear that in mind if you're there during summer. Bed was fine, shower worked. Only minor complaint was the towels, they shed a LOT of fluff on me!

Very helpful and friendly staff .very quiet,good fresh looking decor,great shower.good selection for breakfast and didn't close to early.good layout,has a child out/TV room.only downside is the parking is a little tight for larger cars in small front car park or entrance to rear car park as old property but well worth staying in if your in the area ,far better than Travelodge etc.
