Eu NUNCA tive uma experiência tão ruim em uma hospedagem. Não consigo nem ter palavras para decifrar o que era para ser um final de semana de comemoração de dia das mães foi um dos finais de semanas mais estressantes e horríveis..

Para começar fiz uma reserva para presentear minha mãe e passarmos um final de semana de dia das mães diferente e descansar.
Chegamos ao hotel e tudo uma bagunça, fui informada que haveria um evento de MISS.
Alguns funcionários estressados. Fiquei exatamente 2h30 para conseguir entrar no meu quarto.
Por três vezes deram a chave do quarto errada, cheguei lá e fui abrir tinha hóspedes dentro do quarto a outra não abria.
A recepção é super longe e eu tinha que voltar lá e o pior não tinha cartões chaves (tinha acabado).. mal sabíamos o que estava por vim.. um grande resumo porque foram tantas coisas que nem daria para colocar tudo aqui…
Relatam que é pensão completa. Pura mentira. Ficamos sem almoço, sem café da manhã e sem jantar.
Comida horrível. Quando tinha estava fria e cheia de moscas varejeiras em cima.
Na sexta feira minha filha chorava de fome. Era 20h30 não tinha carne e nenhuma outra opção.
Dia das mães? Ninguém lembrou. No sábado era 20h queríamos tomar um drink ou cerveja não tinha nada aberto.
Eu não fui informada que teria um evento no local quando reservei e tudo que ia questionar era por conta do evento. Eu peguei mais de 1.500 a diária para ter um final de semana horrível.
