Staff were friendly, helpful and genuinely pleasant and always happy to help especially the staff that rotated around breakfast, 8 very nice days

Rummet motsvarade inte förväntningarna på ett superiorrum. Fönstren var täckta med folie så att det inte gick att se ut vilket förklarades av att utsikten var som ett skrotupplag. I övrigt helt ok.

Beautiful hotel recently renovated and in a great location near the old city. Their staff is very helpful.

Excellent location next to old town. New hotel with excellent breakfast included. We enjoyed walking in the area. Feel safe.

Very clean friendly and professional staff. Breakfast had plenty to choose from.

Never saw the host, nobody checked us in. A couple of doorways we so short, if you are over 6ft tall you banged your head. Furnishing were barely adequate.

Great location in the center of everything.

Gute Lage direkt an der Altstadt. Dass es keine Parkplätze gibt, war bekannt. Allerdings war es schon eine Herausforderung, lange genug anhalten zu können, um das Gepäck zu entladen.

Das Hotel war eine merkwürdige Mischung aus neu gemacht und alten Details. Zimmer an sich sehr schön. Etwas sauberer wäre auf jeden Fall möglich.

Der Service war in Summe bestenfalls mittelmäßig.
Die Dame beim Check-in war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Frühstück, das es an unserem ersten Tag bis 11:00 Uhr geben sollte, wurde bereits um 10:45 Uhr rigoros abgebaut. Service am Tisch bekam man bereits ab 10:30 Uhr nicht mehr, meinen Kaffee musste ich mir regelrecht erjagen.
Beim Check-out wurde mir Hilfe mit den Koffern angeboten, als ich gerade das letzte Gepäckstück aus dem Hotel schleifte. Alle vorher auch schon unter den Augen des zahlreich anwesenden Personals.
Alles in allem ok. Aber dem vermeintliche Anspruch, den man vor sich herträgt, wird man definitiv nicht gerecht.

Ligger mkt bra till I stan

The hotel has recently been refurbished to a Movenpick hotel and is still not quite finished!
On our floor they were still renovating rooms.
Our bedroom had frosted glass window as it looked out onto a horrible view of pipes and metal units it also smelt of drains .The rooms are not soundproof so we were woken up at 1:30 by people in room next door talking loudly and having tv up loud
The bathroom was ill thought out no storage space for toiletries just one sink
The bathroom floods when you use the shower because the panels are not long enough.
Breakfast was chaotic no space between tables on the terrace so people constantly bumping into our chairs including staff.
Management need to get a grip !
Would not stay here again.

Rooms are new and large and staff are helpful. But shower draining was slow and glass panel was too short. Sometimes room missed essential items.

Recently opened. It still needs to improve in many areas. It's not at the same level as the chain and the price. One positive thing is its location.

Nice hotel, but I prefer small luxury hotel

Posto bellissimo e nuovo, pieno di marmi e spazioso. Camera favolosa e letto enorme. Colazione eccellente (su richiesta latte fresco e non pastorizzato al posto di quello pastorizzato per cappuccino) con vista sulla Bari vecchia. Trovo però che non si possa scrivere sul sito che un servizio é presente (la palestra) quando, ancora dopo mesi, é ancora in allestimento.

The hotel has recently opened and has been refurbished. All done very nicely apart from the bathrooms which are still a bit dated. There were no robes, hairdryer or ironing board in the room. We had to call twice to get it, so the service was a bit shoddy. Some staff were nice and some a bit sassy. Great location though. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Just not sure it was worth the money they charged. Breakfast was yummy and great views.
