Staff were great, breakfast was great, incredible decor, everything was superb!

The hotel is very clean and the reception staff are smiling all the time.

El hotel el precioso, con estilo y habitaciones muy cómodas. El personal es muy atento y la ubicación conveniente y a unos 10 min caminando de un centro comercial. Es una lástima que no pude probar el desayuno por la hora de mi check out.

very helpful staff, good breakfast, a bit far from tourist attractions and busy part of Porto, not within walking distance but easily and cheaply accessible by Uber.

Very clean and comfortable room. Friendly and professional staff. Breakfast is excellent. Lots of choices to pick from.

The hotel is new; so everything is new and clean. Room was large, but missing a safe box and a mini-frig (our friends' rooms had them). We had to request for them and the hotel provide a mini frig the next day, but no safe box :(

No light directly above the dressing mirror in the room, separately from the bathroom (need more light in the bathroom/shower also).

Lovely room with huge bed, great buffet breakfast with great selection of pastries, hot foods, fruit and drinks.

So clean and excellent service

This is a beautiful hotel but a little far from the city centre by walking. I’d have given more stars but the entire stay there my wifi didn’t work and I had to spend so much money on mobile data esims. It was quite disappointing but otherwise everything else was great.

Excellent breakfast. Good food and plenty of choice. The staff were welcoming and nothing was too much trouble; so helpful.

Only one complaint… no kettle in the room in order to make a cup of tea and very unusually, no room service available.

Rummen var fläckfria, med ett mycket fräscht och modernt i tryck. Frukosten var välutrustad på så sätt att inget saknades (om möjligt grönsaker), och att efterrättsbordet var lika långt som yta för samtliga andra alternativ.
Området upplever jag som "up-and-coming" med en del stora byggprojekt och mycket nya byggnader. En bit utanför stan, men väldigt lätt att ta sig med bil / taxi.
