My stay at Crystal Inn Northeast Houston Downtown I-610 was excellent! The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made check-in super easy. The location is convenient with quick access to the freeway, restaurants, and downtown. Everything felt safe and well taken care of. Definitely a great value for the price—I would happily stay here again!

The people working in the front are not willing to help, we needed extra sheets and they said, they had not a single extra sheet. Moreover, the breakfasts is not a real breakfast, just a coffee, that’s it
