Pros:

Terrible experience at this property. Booked the hotel for my elderly mom and dad they visited Hyderabad for sone urgent work. I booked it online from USA. Just as they entered and tried to check in they started arguing that they havnt received the money and they need to pay extra. Then with several phone calls they let them enter then the next day they told my parents that they have to check out or pay them mire money. How can you even say that even after charging the full amount? They are elderly,in a new city and they forced them to check out.

The room the sheets the bathroom everything was extremely dirty and smelled horrible. I never expect this kind of an unprofessional hotel to be listed in Expedia. And i want this review to be seen my everyone who is planning to book this hotel for a clean and safe stay.
