HOTEL FUZION INN & SUITES

The front desk staff was friendly. The parking was easy and free and safe.
This is a basic no frills Hotel.
No coffee maker in the room. No breakfast served. No pool or hot tub.
We stayed three nights and room service did not come in and freshen towels or sheets. It would have been nice to have things freshened up and trash taken once a day. It would also be nice if they supplied a coffee maker in each room.

Dated but ok.

The room had a dirty cup on the floor, hair in the bathroom, and the pictures online of the rooms looked absolutely nothing like the actual room. 1000% not worth the money.

Overall this stay was good; the room was clean except for the bathroom which had dirty floor, and the toilet wouldn’t work right! We had to lift the top and manually flush. Staff was professional and friendly.

Pretty banged up on the outside, but decent on the inside.

The room was small. Carpet was not cleaned. The lobby needs much attention, one coffee table and four chairs set in a tiny nook. Coffee was awful. Stated there was a free breakfast. We did not see any such thing. The front of the building was nothing like pictured. It looked very dumpy. Wires hanging and overall not well taken care of. Grossly overpriced.

The contactless check in process was impersonal. Don't get me wrong, the person on the phone was pleasant and helpful. It just didn't give me a warm, "welcome to our motel" feeling.
The room was clean and after a day of driving, that was a welcome sight.

Very clean. Had shampoo and soap. Also had cups and trash cans ( the motel the night before did not). Most comfortable bed and best pillows I’ve had in 5 days of travel. Great stay. Parking lot could use some work but overall great stay.

Hotel’s desk attendant was virtually absent after check in, including the morning of check-out.

Ice machine out of order, again.

I've never been to a facility before where you had to call to check-in. I didn't hate it. It was just different. Really quiet. Just fine for a night over. Really nothing to complain about. The bed was super comfortable!

Was a nice place to stay while traveling to watch my team.

Staff was very friendly at check-in/out. Room was upgraded to suite (unexpectedly) and was very nice. Property was clean and very quiet. It was a nice surprise. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Very easy to locate downtown are that was very active and with great options for meals.

This place was very dirty- rooms are falling apart- no vending machines or food/snack options

Beds were ok. Not bad. Glad there was coffee, frig and Microwave.
Cons: green color is bad. I would look better with Wyoming colors and motif!

What great hotel thanks for all your hard work to keep this place so clean and comfy one of my favorite hotels in Laramie! Lots of parking good WiFi comfy beds super nice towels. See you next time.

I had a fantastic stay super clean best customer service at any hotel and I just stayed at the ritz in Denver I have to say this hotel fuzion truly has the best staff that care about every interaction and you just don’t see that very often anymore.
