Habitación súper impecable, buena ubicación muy cerca de todo además súper amables en la recepción

The place is spotless (brand new). Has a laundromat, but TV has no channels and the coffee bar was not properly serviced

The rooms are basically college dorm rooms. Some wings are for college students and the wings that they call the "hotel" are the same rooms they use for the dorms.
They were clean but tiny.
The only good thing about this "hotel" is the location.

Las habitaciones estaban limpias, el personal era amable y la ubicación era buena.

Staff at reception were very helpful and hotel in a good location for easy access to old town. The room was nice however, there was building work at the hotel ongoing for refurbishment and it started at 8.30am which was too early. Also not sure if connected to the building work or that is it is an old building but when in your room it is noisy (pipe work etc).

Excelente atención en recepción. Muy amables. Habitación amplia y moderna. Me agradó que sea un hotel donde antes era un hospital y facultad de medicina ! Desayuno bufet bastante completo y a precio justo.

A considerar que la luz del baño es automática y no hay forma de desactivarla, por lo que se enciende y tarda en apagarse, al tener puertas de cristal ilumina la habitacion. No hay secadora de pelo. El agua caliente no es constante todo el dia y o hay calefaccion o hay aire acondicionado. No se puede templar.

Lovely modern hotel. It was under construction so there were parts that weren't finished yet but otherwise the location was fantastic and the rooms were functional.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located. But, the real stand out was the staff. Especially Lorena. She helped me get to the airport on time when j had a tricky situation with the taxi. The customer service was awesome and really made me feel welcome and we'll cared for. Other reception staff (whose names I didn't catch), both at checkin and checkout were equally friendly and helpful
