Pros:

The hotel is reasonably priced, the rooms are clean and comfortable – there is free laundry service. The staff is enthusiastic and honest. There is no elevator but for the cheap price in the city center, it is worth it to have such a nice room.
My room was in another nearby facility. The hotel provides free laundry service, and the laundry smells fresh. The bed is very comfortable, the air conditioner, refrigerator, kettle and hot shower all work well. Provide enough personal items (large size for comfortable use!). Rooftop terrace with street view, not too noisy. The hotel also provides drinking water every day. The hanging space and shelves are very reasonable, there are also hooks on the wall. In addition, the hotel uses a keyless door locking system, only a code is required to enter – it takes a little time to get used to but the hotel sends a very easy-to-understand instructional video. The host is very friendly and always ready to help when needed.

There are many restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, walking distance to the pedestrian street, bus station and other attractions. Communication with the hotel is easy via WhatsApp.
The only downside is that there is no elevator.
