Points positifs :
Le personnel était sympathique et la chambre était propre.

Points négatifs :
Le nom de l’hôtel n’est pas le même que sur la réservation (confusion pour trouver l’hôtel). Quand nous avons posé la question à la réception, la personne nous a simplement répondu que c’était compliqué.

L’hôtel est directement à côté d’une boîte de nuit (très bruyant le soir et toute la nuit).

On n’a pas eu accès au rooftop ni au restaurant pour le petit-déjeuner qu’on avait déjà lors de la réservation. Ils nous ont donc apporté des boites repas à notre chambre (seulement 2 choix possibles).

La température de l’eau de la douche n’est pas constante (brûlante, froide).
