Pros:

Ma pire expérience d'hôtel en Inde.
La chambre n'avait rien à voir avec les photos, elle n'était pas propre (tâches sur les murs, poils dans la salle de bain et dans le lit, cafards, etc.)
J'ai demandé tranquillement s'il était possible de faire passer quelqu'un pour nettoyer un peu, on m'a répondu que oui mais personne n'est venu.
Il a fallu lourdement que j'insiste pour obtenir une télécommande qui marche avec la climatisation, celle que j'avais étant déchargée.
J'avais également payé sur Expedia un supplément pour le petit déjeuner, mais au final, on m'a dit que ça n'existait pas et ils m'ont facturé le seul café que j'ai pris de tout le séjour.
Enfin, quand jai demandé à payer une nuit supplémentaire, la personne de l'accueil m'a dabord annoncé 1600 roupies, mais le manager lui a finalement dit devant moi de me la facturer à 2000 roupies. Quand je lui ai demandé pourquoi, il ma juste répondu que ça changeait tous les jours et que j'étais une étrangère. Quand j'ai finalement dit que dans ce cas j'irai ailleurs, il a baissé à 1800 roupies.
Bref. Une grosse arnaque et un personnel qui n'en veut qu'à votre porte-monnaie.

Pros:

Good location close to Ramakrishna Ashram Marg Metro Station ( Blue Line, 1 stop to Rajiv Chowk station at Connaught Place). Also to the good Diamond Restaurant.
Renovated Hotel, there is a lift.
Nice room, big bed and great windown facing the not too noisy street.
The bad point is no fridge.
