Pros:

Perhaps because of our timing, the breakfast pre-cooked options were only slightly warm. Unfortunately in the morning we discovered a cockroach on the wall. On arrival, the person working the front desk was very friendly / helpful.

We arrived after a 12-hour drive with two children only to be told they didn't have a reservation for us. I have the email confirmation from Expedia. I will be calling Expedia tomorrow!!!!!!!!!! So maddening. How does that even happen when I already paid Expedia for the reservation?!?!

Pros:

Our room was clean and the room size, shower and overall space was great.

My only complaint is that we were there for three nights and our room was never cleaned. I called and told the front desk and they had some weird explanation but on the bathroom mirrors there is a note that said they clean after two nights. We needed towels and needed to go downstairs and get them. The hotel is nice but they need more staff.
