Service impeccable, hôtel très bien situé.

A very lovely hotel. Great location next to old town. Very attententive, polite and friendly staff. Fantastic service. Staff at breakfast station is helpful and kind. Breakfast is ok, best of my stay in hanoi but not great compared to other places. They have laundry service for 3 usd/kg.

Did not tried out the rooftoop pool, but it looks nice, and drinks at bar are decent.Room is great sized and bed comfortablem Balcony with view to the street. Did not use at it rained during my stay. Room felt damped though, and got a slight of smell from bathroom, when the rain was at worst.

The hotel is newly renovated and do attempt to get better. Elevator is small but we did not need to wait long. Everything was like could be better, but I really enjoyed my stay. Can definetly recommend, and hopefully they will improve through time.

This place is such a find - great location, beautiful rooms and such friendly staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. Thank you so much! I’ll be back!

Breakfast was very good. However, if you are staying longer than 3 days, the selection gets old. I suggest getting breakfast at different places.
The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Your check in starts with the manager, Henry, who made sure to make sure our stay not just with their hotel, but n Hanoi, very pleasant.

Staff were so lovely and helpful, they made sure we had everything we needed. Check the rooms when booking, as there are some with internal windows, not a problem for us because we stayed one night. Rooms are nice and clean.

Everything was great. The only thing is that we heard the street very loud

種類も豊富でボリュームもあります。
果物の種類も多く、ジュースは手作りで
どれも爽やかです。

ホアンキエム湖やドンスアン市場まで
徒歩10分位で便利な立地です。

また行きたいホテルです。

An elegant hotel with truly brilliant and helpful staff. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious, beautifully laid out, and came with a large balcony. A small suggestion would be to add some outdoor furniture so guests can enjoy the space more. The open-style bathroom design felt a little unusual as we value some privacy, but otherwise the room was excellent.

Breakfast was simply outstanding—the best of our trip. While not a huge spread, the focus on quality over quantity was clear and much appreciated. The hotel even went out of their way to make a birthday wish, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Overall, a wonderful stay with exceptional service. Thank you for everything!

We stayed at the Solaria Tesori Hotel in Hanoi, and it was a pleasure. It’s situated in a prime location which is close to all tourist attractions. It’s surrounded by restaurants and street food vendors as well. It’s a new hotel in town with good size and very clean rooms. The service we received was above expectations especially by the manager himself. The hotel receptionist was really nice. Staff responded quickly to requests and answered all our questions in a timely manner. They recommended places to go and where the good food is. We’ll definitely stay at the Solaria Tersoi Hotel next time we are back in Hanoi.

Great property. Staff very friendly and helpful. 2nd time here and would come back.

This hotel was fantastic! It’s new and modern. The team there are great. We had a minor issue and they fixed it straight away. Went over and above. We were greeted every time we passed a team member. Check in process was really good and made you feel welcomed. I would definitely stay here again. You won’t regret it.

The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, in a fantastic location, and it has everything you need. But what truly makes it amazing are the people. Henry, Tommy, and the entire team at Solaria Tesori are so welcoming, attentive, and truly go above and beyond to make your stay an incredible experience.

Fabulous stay, the property is in a fantastic location and the staff are exceptional. Rooms are large and well equipped. Air con is cold and constant. Bathrooms are so clean and have fantastic rainfall shower. Breakfast is tasty and fresh. But again the staff, they are truely amazing.

Séjour incroyable passé dans cet hôtel. La localisation est parfaite en plein dans le vieux quartier, vous êtes à 15-20 minutes à pied maximum de tous. La chambre est très propre avec une literie de très bonne qualité. Le petit déjeuner est le meilleur que j’ai eu jusqu’à présent au Vietnam avec de nombreux choix. Et ce qui a rendu ce séjour encore plus merveilleux c’est l’incroyable gentillesse, bonne humeur et serviabilité d’henry et de toute son équipe que j’aimerais encore une fois remercier. Conclusion je recommande +++ vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés!

Great hotel with wonderful staff. They were fantastic in assisting us with forward bookings, and even packed us off on our journey with food to keep us going. A new hotel so everything works. Best shower that we have had in Vietnam if not ever. Pool was working but a bit small and poolside bar was yet to be developed. Highly recommend and we will be back when returning to Hanoi.
