Pros:

Courteous front desk. Clean room.

Staff woke me up at 6.30am on Saturday to borrow the electric kettle in my room!!! Of course I didn’t open in case it was a ruse for robbery. No management staff at 10am to make a complaint to. Receptionist called kitchen staff and all denied knocking on my door.

Hotel did not find my Expedia reservation on Friday during check in. Kept me waiting for 45 minutes until I contacted Expedia.

Had to call front desk to request for towels and toiletries!

Will not return!!!
