良い点

メトロのLIC駅から近いです。住宅地の細い路地の先にありますが地元の人が感じよく挨拶してくれてうれしかったです。　

価格がリーズナブルなのに、建物が新しくてとてもきれいです。
エアコンもよく効いてシーリングファンもあるしベッドの寝心地は最高でした。

レセプションスタッフも他のスタッフも皆親切です。
とてもフレンドリーで感じが良いところはポイントが高いですね！


良くなかった点

部屋のカテゴリーによって値段が違いますが、どこが違うのかよくわかりませんでした。ファミリールームもデラックスルームも同じ設備、広さのように見えました。
コートヤードビューと書いてありますが実際は窓無しに近いです。独立した応接スペースもありません。サイトに掲載されてる写真も全部の部屋が同じだし、部屋の説明の文章は変えたほうが誤解を生まなくて済むと思いました。

キッチンには掲載写真と違ってケトルや食器がなかったです。プラスチックのコップや紙コップはレセプションで貸してくれました。

蚊や小さな虫がたくさんいたのでレセプションで蚊取りリキッドを貸してもらいました。効果は抜群で刺されることはなかったですが、虫が苦手な人は要注意です。

全体として建物はきれいだし、宿泊費は安いし、スタッフの笑顔や対応が良いので悪い印象はありません。LIC駅も空港まで直通で徒歩圏内にショッピングセンターや有名な寺院もあり、ちょっと頑張ればビーチまで歩ける便利な立地です。
旅慣れた人や、あまり細かいことを気にしない人なら快適に滞在できると思います。
