Room is big and relatively new, but the bathroom design looks funny and no place to hang towels and cloths.
TV channel difficult to set.
Breakfast very simple and everyday the same and some days not even has chicken. Boring and foods are well prepared with sand/soil on green leaves, rotten apples served, etc...

Pros:

We arrived late after a long travel day, hoping to just get a warm shower and rest — unfortunately, this hotel made that impossible. The check-in staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming, which already set a bad tone.

When we got to the room, we found that there was no hot water, only cold — and the phone didn’t work, so we couldn’t even call the front desk. The room looked like it was still under construction — unfinished and awkwardly arranged. One nightstand was placed randomly in the room instead of beside the bed.

Speaking of the bed — it was extremely uncomfortable, basically a rock-hard surface with a few thin pads pretending to be a mattress. The balcony door didn’t lock, which felt unsafe. There was no proper lighting above the bathroom sink, making it hard to use the mirror.

The breakfast was terrible, with very few options and poor quality.

We were so disappointed that we decided to leave early and check into another hotel. This place has a long way to go before it should be open to guests. Would not recommend.

Perfect for shopping - nice place
Pros:

Nice hotel with all facilities and shopping in the same building. Very convenient. I was there for 4 nights and was very satisfied. The room was spacious and airy on the 13th floor. Large nice bathroom and kettle with coffee and tea as well as bottled water available in the room. The bed was a bit hard I thought. I would love to return. Very helpful people at the front desk.
