Pros:

Very nice location and spacious room. The furniture in the room should be upgraded to make it look more like a hotel. The concrete floor is not pleasant either.

Pros:

Amazing staff. Pre-cooled our room ahead of arrival. Took our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Prepared play room for the kids with extra amenities and cultural activities. Great quiet location to the ancient town in walking distance. Very dog friendly.

Pros:

Tan Alley Wuzhen Eco and Cultural Community is exactly what I wanted--and more! I wanted someplace to stay while I visited the Wuzhen scenic areas. Tan Alley is super convenient for that; it is only a few minutes walk from the West Scenic Area, and the East Scenic Area also is only a short walk away. Tan Alley is quiet, clean, and comfortable. Their staff were extremely accommodating; King was available by telephone all night; I had to message him for help in the evening, and he responded promptly. I would definitely stay at Tan Alley again if I return to Wuzhen!
