El hotel muy bonito y limpio, personal amable, puedes caminar agusto dentro de la propiedad, está como a media hr. de Valle de Bravo, les falta luz a las habitaciones y algún bar o un horario más amplio en el restaurante, cuyo menú es rico , en general muy agusto la pasamos.

Es un lugar agradable para hacer alguna escala tranquila y segura, dado que no está en la Cd de Valle e Bravo y tampoco en Donato Guerra, pero tiene lo indispensable, limpio, tranquilo y seguro, muy bonita la propiedad.

La estancia en general es buena. Falta el servicio de restaurante y algo muy importante que debo resaltar: Creo que no hay una buena comunicación entre la administración de la app que reserva la habitación y el personal directo del hotel, ya que al llegar al hotel, el costo de la habitación se elevaba por casi $1000 más aunque finalmente me respetaron el precio de la aplicación, pero si considero que es un punto importante a mencionar.
También, sería bueno que incluyeran desayuno, la verdad sería un buen plus, ya que hay que salir a buscar donde comer algo y al estar sobre la carretera, resulta un poco riesgoso caminar para salir a buscar.
Otro punto a mencionar, son las camas; están muy incómodas para dormir, amanece uno adolorido y no duermes bien.

La limpieza, el cuidado de las instalaciones, la alberca.. todo muy bien.
Es un buen lugar para relajarte, descansar y olvidarte por un tiempo de la rutina.
Otro punto a destacar, es que se encuentra está muy lejos del centro, recomiendo ir en auto, ya que el transporte es solo en taxi y cobran por encima de los $100 cada viaje.

Mi puntuación sería un 8.

Todo bien únicamente más orden para los que se estacionan en recepción porque no dejan espacio las personas para los demás y tapan la entrada, apenas alcanzamos a bañarnos ya se había acabado el agua y la tele no sirve no tiene señal de nada y no pudieron ayudarnos con eso

Es un lugar muy bonito, pero se nota que todavía están en transición de la administración. Las habitaciones son cómodas, pero los baños no son muy lindos.

El el restaurante no hay muchas opciones, pero lo que probamos estaba rico.
