Pros:

従業員の対応は、非常に親切でしたが朝食が期待していましたが小樽らしくなかったのが残念でした。

Room is clean and brand-new. Staff are helpful but need more attention to the guests. There are shops nearby. Public bath and sauna are good but small.

Pros:

3泊しました。深さのある露天風呂がとても気持ち良かったです。新しいのでお部屋も清潔で、スタッフさんも感じの良い方が多かったです。

3泊の場合、お部屋の掃除が1回のみで、タオルやコーヒーなどの備品を自分でフロントに取りに行かないといけない点だけが残念でした。

可以觀望一下再入住的酒店
Pros:

非常新的酒店, 新到令我覺得整體配套都尚未準備好開業
環境跟酒店的狀況非常優秀, 值得推薦
房間也很舒服, 大浴場也很寬敞
唯獨酒店的服務人員及配套很不友善
無法為住客提供充足的車位
服務人員指示泊其他停車場時也說不清收費
想要加購早餐被告知已滿額無法加購
晚上想要多拿一個枕頭也被告知已經沒有額外的枕頭了
想要入住的朋友可以考慮等酒店營運多一段日子再去吧

オープン日初日の宿泊で利用しました。
①到着して、駐車場に停車させる際、【ボタンを押してスタッフ呼び出し】と記載あったが、ボタンを押してもスタッフが出てこなかった。
ホテル内に入り、スタッフに聞いたところ、満車だから近くのパーキングを案内された。
呼び出しボタンの意味あるか？
②部屋入口オートロックの不備。
大浴場から戻ったら、部屋の鍵が開かず、エレベーター前の内線に行ったが、内線番号を押しても繋がらない（というかかけ方が良くわからない、説明書き内容不足）
結果的にドアは初期設定不備だったらしく業者に問合せしリセットしたら開いたとの事。
③部屋の鍵が開かない間、6階のラウンジで飲みながら待たせて貰ったが、（大浴場帰りのトラブルで財布を持ってなく、鍵が開いたら財布を取りに部屋に行くつもりでいた）
ホテルの方がラウンジまで解錠出来たと呼びに来たが、ラウンジの店員さんに状況は何も説明してくれず、自ら、財布を取りに部屋に戻っていいか確認し、退店。その後、ホテルの方から、鍵開くか一緒に部屋まで付き添う、と。
だったら、その事をラウンジの方に言ってくれたら、私が財布を忘れてラウンジに入ってるおっちょこちょいな人みたいな恥かかずに良かったのでは？配慮が足りなく残念。
④洗濯しようと3階に行ったが、地図に場所の記載なし。エレベーター横には、自販機コーナーがあったが、その表記すら地図にない。
3階フロアを探し周り、一番奥まった場所で発見。これは誰も分かりません！
そして、洗濯機もトラブルしてるのか、ホテルの方2名で対応中。
結果的に夜に洗えず、朝5時起きで洗いに行った…。
⑤部屋の電気のスイッチが分かりにくい！部屋中探すが見つけきれず、AIアシストが置いてあるから、もしや？と思い、部屋の電気を消して！と指示出したが、もちろん出来ない（笑）
結果的に、ベッドの枕で隠れてた…。
⑥ベッドの高さがとても高いため、高齢者や足腰悪い人には、負担大きいと思う。

諸々、残念すぎたが、オープン初日で、設備は新築のためキレイさだけは満足。
