Excellent place to stay on vacation all around. I'd go back without reservation (although with an actual reservation to make sure I have a room! :)
Almost missed my flight after the car service they arranged did not wait 4 minutes for me to come down to meet them. The lady at the front desk did not seem concerned with making sure the service I paid them for was provided. This service was a private driver and car paid in advance $120. I believe it to be unreasonable that I was left stranded over my slight 4 minute delay getting downstairs from my room. Out the money, I was now told I had to pay again for a regular taxi which took over an hour to finally come. By the time I made it to the airport and through security I had only seconds before the boarding doors closed. I was very lucky. For the amount of money spent at this hotel between the week stay and daily dinners and thousands on tours purchased through them, I expected to simply get to the airport without drama. The tours were good, food was good, hotel was nice. The review would be very good had they not treated me like a discarded napkin at the end when it was time to leave.

Lovely small hotel with friendly helpful staff. Location is quiet but still very near Popolo and all that it offers. But far from the crazy crowds at Spagna.

The property was super clean, centrally located and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Made our stay in Rome very enjoyable.
This is a newer hotel but everything is perfectly laid out. The surprise was the ability to use the Turkish bath spa in basement with sauna and steam and cool spa. Was a great cure for jet lag.
A few little kinks to being a new hotel but would give it a solid 9.5 and look forward to returning.
My new home in Rome! Beautifully decorated, large suites. Luxurious bedding with evening turn down service. Gorgeous bathrooms and spa downstairs with steam room, sauna & heated plunge pool.
Kind, accommodating staff. The breakfast is excellent and the wait staff is tip top.
A few minor service details that they need to iron out, but they only opened in March.
I also love the location, just set off from the Via del Corso with restaurants, shopping, strolling etc, but since the hotel is on the Tibet River, one doesn’t hear any of the noise.
Beautiful new property. Staff was very attentive. The location was “ok”- seemed like an area in “transition.” The room was very nice- everything was new. Unfortunately we had some bugs in our room (flying). Also, didn’t watch much TV but when we did the reception was spotty- kept freezing. I am sure they will solve these issuers as we shared them with the staff - new hotel working out a few kinks. We left before breakfast so the staff made us a “to go box” which was thoughtful. Very nice people!

We loved this hotel. It is brand new. I think they opened March 1st, 2025. The rooms, staff, service, decor, location is top notch. It is in a very quite area, but just few blocks from all the mains attractions. the restaurant is awesome. Truly a 5 start hotel with the highest standards.
