My stay at the hotel was very successful. The only problem was the inability to receive an invoice, which I learned about shortly after arrival.

Beautiful clean hotel. Breakfast was amazing. One day my safari left before breakfast so the hotel made me a breakfast to go! I would definitely stay at Hyatt Place again.
