客室のエアコンが涼しくない。お風呂で温まったのに部屋で汗をかくくらいだった。プールの底もヌメリがありせっかく置いてある遊具が台無し。お昼のお風呂は子供が入れないくらい熱め。夜はぬるかった。スタッフはとても良いだけに残念。

リフォームされていたが客室内接着剤に匂いがした
岩風呂がリニューアルされていて使いやすくなっていた
バイキング形式の食事で料理の種類が多く色々な料理を楽しむ事ができた(牡蠣の炊き込みご飯が美味しかった)

スタッフのみなさんが親切でした。
広いキッズスペースもあり子どもたちも楽しんでいました。
無料で使えるカラオケも良かったです。
食事も美味しい、ラウンジも遅くまで使える、温泉からホタルも見れました。

１階のウェルカムドリンクにアルコールもありゴージャスな感じの気持ち良い空間です
元々岩松なので　外観には手を入れてなく見た目残念
部屋はリフォームされて綺麗だけど　接着剤の匂いか？臭く始め咳が出て　清浄機つけた
食事内容はちょっと残念　でも岩風呂最高です
