EVERYTHING about this stay was terrible! We were in town for a tournament, I had already paid for the room, and the front desk demanded I tell them when we would arrive even after I told them numerous times we were at a tournament with games running behind and we still had one more game but that we would for sure be there. Once we checked in the ac was not working so we got upgraded to another room and the ac in that room wasnt working. We were too tired to move again or find another hotel so we just slept under the sheet and left first thing in the morning. Leaving we were going to grab a waffle but they had already disassembled the mix machine at 8:00am but breakfast was until 10:00am. Will never stay here again.

I loved everything about my stay! This was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever visited — spotless and with no strange smells. The receptionists were incredibly sweet and helpful, as were the housekeepers.
The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It had very limited options, the food wasn’t fresh, and there was no chef in charge. The receptionists were the ones defrosting frozen food and placing it in trays, then refilling them upon request.
Also, the laundry room felt a bit outdated and required quarters to operate. Other than that, I have no complaints — it’s such a comfortable and cozy place to stay!

Check in is excellent

Unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The room temperature was uncomfortably hot, and the thermostat was broken, which left us unable to adjust it. We also found that housekeeping was not available after 4 PM, and despite requesting room cleaning ahead of time, the housekeeper ignored our request entirely. When we went downstairs to ask for fresh sheets, the daytime clerk informed us that we could only receive them every two days and mentioned they were out of king-size sheets. She was not accommodating when we explained the situation, and there was no clear timeline for when we could get fresh linens. After going back and forth for sometime she finally gave us queen size sheets. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and service left much to be desired. The overnight team was incredible.

Breakfast was great. Great selection. Staff was friendly and very helpful. We were visiting the area due to a medical surgery. So was unable to shop.

The staff is awesome! One person in particular was Ms. Keanna. I was having a horrible day and she made it better. She put me in a room that was off from the other rooms. Overall I would say the facilities are nice. The room was very clean! I most definitely would stay here, again!
