Art Air Hotel

It's very dated. Carpet was dirty, the corridor was dark and creepy. The room did not have black out curtains. For this amount, you can get much better places.

I didn’t see any coffee at breakfast. Hot foods were not hot. Laundry service was a good price.

Total disappointment! Despite going into hotel the day before our booking to advise we would be checking in late evening, and being told it would not be a problem, when we arrived our booking could not be found initially. When it was found we were told all rooms were taken so we had no accomodation.
After great discussion we were told we would be sent to a “better” hotel, “Art Guest” As it was almost 01:00, we accepted, only to find out on arrival there it it was a hostel/hotel. People hanging around the entrance made it difficult to enter, once inside,there were people walking along a lobby half dressed.
It was disgusting! Leaking shower with discoloured grout. Stained bedding, including mattress covers given as extra blanket, wall panelling in bathroom unattached and stored against corner wall. Breakfast room was filthy, with dirty rag hanging out of sink, chopping board with food residue, remains of breakfast choice exposed to flies.
After a lot of travelling, room cancellation, transfer to alternative accomodation, which was totally unacceptable, we were exhausted and extremely upset with the situation we had been put in by Art Air Hotel. At that time in the morning due to language barriers, we could do little else but stay in the allocated rooms. With only a couple hours sleep we were eager to leave and head back to Art Air Hotel to speak to the manager who we were told would be in. On arriving, we were told he would not be coming in that day. Ongoing situation.

Good and pleasant place to be

Arrived late at the hotel (after emailing them of my arrival time a day ahead) to find there was no room) even though I had paid for my room. Sent me to another hotel that was several miles away when I stayed at this hotel due to its close proximity to the airport to catch an early morning flight.

Very nice property for the price

L'hôtel est très propre de l'aéroport.
Le personnel est très accueillant.
La chambre est spacieuse.
Le petit déjeuner est parfait.

No daily cleaning, no reserved room available, no light in hall, no fresh towers

The spa was closed on the night of our stay, and there was loud construction outside for most of our time there. The hotel restaurant was closed; they were unable to accommodate our request for an early breakfast time, or fir breakfast at all, which we had prepaid for. The hotel also has an odd additional local tax payment that they required outside of our payment in the Expedia app.

- Im Zimmer waren keine Handtücher verfügbar, ich musste eine halbe Stunde warten bis diese gebracht wurden
- Im Zimmer war ein Fenster zum Gang. Jedes Mal, wenn ein Gast über den Gang lief, bin ich aufgewacht
- Frühstück gab es bis 10:00, ich blieb noch etwas sitzen um meinen Tee zu trinken, dabei wurde der Raum abgeschlossen und das Licht ausgemacht als deutliches Zeichen, dass ich nicht willkommen bin
Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen.

It took more than 20 minutes to check in. The towels were not changed for three days. The glasses were not clean or washed. Only breakfast was satisfactory.
