Pros:

This hotel is in the perfect location if you want to stay in the old city, which we did. Taxis do not go in and out but we had minimal luggage and the bell hop carried it out for us.
The rooms were very clean and the staff couldn’t be more accommodating.
The restaurant outside dining has a great view of the Flame Towers.
We were very pleased with our stay.

Pros:

I really liked the service of this hotel. Everything was amazingly excellent. Its location in a historical place, in the city center, helped me to walk everywhere easily. The hotel's restaurant presented me with very tasty dishes with mixed cuisine. I was very surprised by such an aura and experience in Azerbaijan. Thank you to everyone.

Pros:

The rooms in the hotel are large and the beds are comfortable. The location in Baku Old City is ideal for exploring historic sites.
We had a major problem at check-in. The first person in our party was able to use his credit card to pay for his room, but multiple cards for the second guest were refused. The hotel staff insisted the problem was with our cards/banks, but calls to the card providers confirmed that the requests for payment were not being received. A staff member accompanied us to a nearby ATM, but that machine declined to process our cards. Upon further exploration in the area, we finally found an ATM that worked.
This problem with processing credit cards is a MAJOR issue that needs to be addressed.

Pros:

A great hotel in Baku’s Old City! It’s the perfect location for exploring the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me about everythings about city. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. Staying here was a wonderful experience, and I recommend it to everyone!

Pros:

The property absolutely for high level.
All of things and service was great. Area is easy to go anywhere by walk also you can use easily some taxi app. And all informations about Baku you can get from just reception.
