Pros:

This unit is a scam! You pay for the unit with expedia, and you get confirmation, but when you get to the place, they dont have a unit for you because they say expedia cancelled the reservation. You will have to find your own accommodation last monute and pay again. Then expedia will tell you that they couldnt reach the owner of the property and cannot refund your money. You basically lose the money you paid form again, this place is a Scam!!!

Pros:

The property itself (Gramercy Residences) is very nice. However. This was the worst experience i had checking in because when we triedto check in, we were told that our reservation was cancelled. The host said that Expedia cancelled the reservation so they rented the unit to other people. When I contacted Expedia, i was told that the reservation was never cancelled and was in fact confirmed. We've already paid for the unit for 2 nights. When we informed the host Expedia said the reservation was not cancelled, he said that he contacted Expedia and he was told there was a gliche in the system. We don't know who's telling the truth. We ended up having to find another place to stay and pay extra. Im still trying to get a refund for the 2 nights i paid for from Expedia. Been booking with Expedia for years and never had thous priblem before. Seems like the host just decided to rent the unit to other people who may be staying longer.
