The room was immaculate and so spacious!! Parking was more than ample!
Staff in all areas were pleasant and friendly!! The breakfast was excellent, good variety and plenty of seating. The staff attending the buffet were so friendly and kind!
This was my first time traveling alone and I was a little apprehensive, but I felt very safe and secure,especially in the room. Loved that you had digital key, dead bolt and another gizmo which if door was opened, it prevented the door being opened completely!!
Loved that on a chilly night you could sit outside next to a gas fire table. Even other guests were so friendly!!
I hope you continue to keep up the good work!
I will definitely be back again next year!!

when we google hotels near strasburg on expidia give us this hotel that was 2:30 hours away unfortunately noone answer the phone in expedia or the hotel to cancel HORRIBLE experience EXPIDIA poor customer service

The mattress feels hollow. You are expected to bring your own room slippers as the room is hard-floor and big. Either bare-footed or wear your own footwears. No tooth brush and tooth paste provided, tooth paste could be harder than the nail to break open without noticing ant biting half hole on the side. They can be provided upon request. Staff started to spead detergent and sanitizing product while we were swimming in the pool. The water then smells soapy that promted us to exit.

Clean and nice room. I especially enjoyed the fire pit on the front porch area in the evening. It was a beautiful night and was a perfect relaxing area.

Everything was great! We love the waffles for breakfast and the staff is so friendly. The girls are on top of everything. They’re refilling the food and cleaning up any messes that are made. Wiping the tables as soon as people leave. The room was very clean the only problem was the hot water. Saturday morning the water was luke warm when taking a shower. I told the girl at the front desk and she immediately took care of it. She sent a guy to our room. He checked it out and we decided it was the amount of people taking showers. The same thing happened on Sunday so I spoke to Angie at the front desk. She was great! We stayed in April and everything was great and we will be back again.

This Hampton Inn receives an excellent rating because everything was very clean, the front desk receptionist was so friendly and helpful, and it was so quiet that we wondered if anyone else was staying on our floor.

The whole staff was friendly and accommodating. It was! our second stay there in two months and we’ll be back

We really enjoyed this property. The only downside was that the tv connection was wifi and there was a drip of rain, it went out.

The Hampton Inn here at intercourse Pennsylvania is a brand new hotel only four months old service is excellent and the breakfast was outstanding. Definitely a place to visit.

The rooms are large and very accommodating.
Floors look like a wood laminate, no carpet. Feels spacious and clean. Beds are extremely comfortable. The bathroom is large with a sliding glass door stand up shower, tons of room on the sink counter for all your toiletries. There are two-three places/ stands to lay out your suitcase
Several hooks bars to hang clothes and towels in bathroom, hooks in the room also in addition to open closet space. Very well thought out design and one of nicest rooms I have stayed in.
The breakfast was good, the pool has a lift if needed, the exercise room had several pieces of equipment, The staff was wonderful. Nice little outside area with a fireplace. Everything felt clean and new. The little town with shops and restaurants was walkable from the hotel. We were close to Hershey amusement and chocolate world, close to Sight and Sound Theater, downtown Lancaster(nice little walkable city), little over an hour from Philly if you wanted to spend a day enjoying American History, and of course right in the the middle of Amish country to enjoy all the shops, markets and restaurants.
