Pros:

I just had a bad case of food poisoning when I got there and I needed to relax and Phuket a little bit before I needed to go and honestly it was such a great time

Very false advertised, don’t let the pictures fool you. Room is not updated, with exposed screws, damaged surfaces, and mold problems, in the bathroom ceiling/walls aswell as the ac unit.
There is no sea view. Half the building it seems it placed right on a busy road. (I was unlucky to be on the ground floor on the side of this busy road. So if you are a light sleeper at all, good luck sleeping through the night with bikes ripping between chalong and rawai all night.
And if you’re a day sleeper, they’ve got you covered there too with un-announced construction. Hammers banging and drills drilling all through the day your walls will shake.
There is too much to list here, but my experience was so poor that I only stayed 2 nights out of 7 nights booked as I couldn’t get an ounce of rest, I left to go somewhere half the cost which was at least twice as nice just down the road. I was provided no refund by the foreigner owners as you might have guess.
Buyer be warned do not see nice pictures and make the same mistake as I! This place is a total sham, never again.

Pros:

We came here with much excitement … there was ants and a cockroach in our suite, the toilet was plugged, they’re communication was poor (forgot to make up our room), the outdoor shower was broken and the people that owned it seemed to live on the main floor and there was many relatives hanging around the lobby.
They seemed to be trying hard but sadly they didn’t seem to be at the quality I would have expected for the price paid. I honestly would say this was a one star hotel.
