Beautiful hotel. Very clean, modern and friendly staff. Definitely would recommend to anyone coming to that area and will stay there every time we visit the city.

Hair on the shower walls and I found a necklace in the room. Plus 'pet friendly' means they charge $75/night for your pet; more than some room nights cost locally and a deal breaker for ever staying again

Trip on our way to camp up north. Wonderful service and warm cookies and milk at night. Service was wonderful and the people were great. Clean and comfortable. Will be staying again on our way back south.

It was a nice hotel on outside & lobby. The room was dirty. Lots of dust bunnies, dog hair & a finger nail under the bed. The lady at front desk was great. Her name is Nancy.

Nery nice new property, staff friendly and well trained to be attentive to guests needs. Easy parking, clean and safe lot and location, comfortable bed and decent shower. Breakfast was sufficient but not memorable. Elevators were concerning as one was broken and second squealed like it was asking for help. All in all, a top tier hotel for Cape Gerardeau, Mo.

Nice over night stay, I didn't get to use many amenities, but the place was nice.

Perfect stay

The quality of bedding and mattresses was amazing. Had a wonderful nights sleep. The warm cookies and milk served in the lobby that evening may have had something to do with that. The staff was very kind. The most impressive thing was the cleanliness throughout the whole property, not just the spotless rooms. I was very pleased with my stay!

The stay was great. Friendly staff. Very helpful. Great breakfast options. Bed was more comfortable than a lot of hotels I've stayed in. They had a pool table and a good selection of board games and things to do as a family. That was great. There were only 2 things I wish were a little better. The pool water was pretty cold. It was tough to get used to but a staff member did come in and turn the water temp up so it warmed up slightly. Also, I wish there was a microwave in the room. Overall, I would definitely stay again.

Great employees and porperty

Excellent stay. Very clean and friendly place. Room is a bit small but quite functional for 2 people. Breakfast is pretty good. Daughter thought a muffin or cinnamon roll would be a nice addition. Good value!

We have stayed in a lot of hotels and this by far was the best one we stayed in. We had left Gatlinburg and the hotel was crap there. We just happen to take a. Different way home and came across this one and man what a relief it was. The room was very clean and the bed, in my opinion the most important part of the room, was amazing. Got up for breakfast and absolutely loved it. We will be looking for more hotels with this name on our travels.

Very nice to stay in a brand new hotel. So clean. Everyone seemed very nice and helpful. Love the extra games and pool table to keep the kids busy. Loved that you had cookies and milk although we didn't make it down for that. I thought it was a wonderful idea.
