I’ve been to NYC many times and I always stay in the city, but this was close enough to manhattan that I could get there by car in 28 mins and it was much cleaner than Times Square, parking was better, hotel has valet (most hotels don’t), smelled great! Has pool, sauna and hot tub, view was pleasant, not the best, but had a great stay overall. The best thing is, it only took me 10 minutes to get to La Guardia, and that’s with traffic!!!
This is great hotel as to be expected. We wish they provided complimentary breakfast especially when a traveler has small children. The parking for guests could be priced more reasonable. It does not make too much sense to pay as much as a driver who is not staying at the hotel. Otherwise all else was fine.

I would highly recommend The Westin Flushing LaGuardia Airport. Raguan, the Experience Specialist, provided outstanding service during our stay. He was patient, polite, and always attentive to our group’s needs. His dedication to putting customers first and going out of his way to be helpful made our time at the hotel truly enjoyable.

Dear Management,
I booked a room at the Westin Hotel Flushing for June 25-26 at a cost of $300. After working all day in 100-degree heat, I arrived exhausted at 11:15 PM for check-in, only to discover my assigned room had **no functioning air conditioning**.
When I approached the front desk and requested to be moved to a room with working AC, Mr. Shamav informed me no alternative rooms were available, offering only a refund. **This resolution was unacceptable** given that other arriving guests were being accommodated.
After expressing concerns about unfair treatment and requesting to speak with a manager, Mr. Shamav stated no manager was available. When I insisted on a viable solution ("You must arrange proper accommodations - it's extremely late and finding alternative lodging now is impossible! This treatment feels discriminatory"), **Mr. Shamav became confrontational**: He stepped out from behind the counter, approached me aggressively, and forcibly expelled me from the premises.
