New Hotel
Pros:

Its a very new hotel in Suratthani and not everything is done or ready. Very clean, great rooms, breakfast is ok but tadty. I think the hotel is still in progress coz everything is white , looking like a hospital szenery, no decorations, nothing to feel warmly welcome around the lobby or the breakfastroom. For a few days stayinc or a nighh waiting for a ferry, flight or train is it a good choice.

Pros:

Solid place to stay if you’re between destinations (I stopped overnight between Koh Phangan and Phuket). The value is solid, $30 USD for a pretty nice hotel given the area and walkable to the bus stations.
