Brand new hotel in the BaoAn district of Shenzhen. Relatively up and coming area with lots of construction still going on. Room is large and service is great - got a free upgrade at checkin.

staff services very good. air condition in the common area and restarant is too strong. Shower in the bathroom is weak.

Breakfast is good, but other f and b outlets are not up to standards.
