I am stayed at Hotel Avalon in JVC and I am highly impressed with the exceptional service. After experiencing a fall, I requested assistance and Ariya from the Security team responded immediately. She was professional, courteous, and attentive providing me with an ice pack, helping to ease my discomfort, and reassuring me throughout. Her support truly reflected the hotel’s commitment to guest care. I would also like to extend my appreciation to the Housekeeping team for maintaining my room to an excellent standard. Overall, the service at Hotel Avalon has been outstanding.i don’t normally give reviews but the hotel was outstanding am really glad I chose this hotel ,Kome was also nice ,receptionist were very helpful

Nous y avons passé une semaine en famille. Tout allait bien jusqu’à ce qu’un groupe d’ados arrive. Je dis ça dans le sens où à partir du moment où ils allaient à la piscine il n’y avait plus de place pour les autres. Ce qui nous a déplu a donc été cet « empêchement » de se baigner avec ma fille sous 40 degrés mais aussi le restaurant de l’hôtel. Nous avions payé la formule demi pension et malheureusement ils ne proposent pas de menu pour les enfants. Ce que mangent les adultes n’est pas forcément fait pour les enfants comme les plats épicés qui étaient proposés

Wasser in der Dusche sehr schlecht, läuft yraus, Wasser vielzu wenig, für lange Haare nichts. Sauber, Zimmer sehr sehr klein. An einchecken haben sehr viele Menschen gewartet und wir auch ca. 40 min lang.. sonst Mitarbeiter sehr nett auch so.
