It was great overall

Desayuno un poco limitado y escaso pero en general bien. Resto perfecto

Almost brand new hotel in Altea. Close to shops, the Old Town and the sea. Very nice room with a small kitchen and a spacious bathroom. High quality bluetooth speaker also present. Breakfast and dinner was delicious, served with knowledge and passion. Very good wines, both local, national and from abroad. The sommelier’s knowledge and bold pairing of wines with the food is a story you need to experience!
All in all a very good experience!

Loved the interior of this hotel. The service and the staff was amazing, made you feel so welcome! The only thing was the spa, it felt dirty and not taken care of. It was dirt in the bottom and I even saw a long-tailed silverfish floating by. Made me jump up and in the shower. Also I booked a treatment in the evening before dinner, but the staff made a mistake, so no treatment for me - and no apology :(

Me gustó el altavoz en mi habitación.
Me gustó la tetera.
Me gustó el masaje de piedras calientes y el té de cortesía en el patio interior.
Me gustó la atención del personal, todas muy atentas y serviciales.

No me gustó el error que hubo en el check out, a la hora de pagar.

El hotel el maravilloso para desconectar en pareja, las instalaciones te hacen sentir como en casa desde la habitación hasta la comida ( la cocina que hacen está muy buena) es un 10/10. El personal es maravilloso
en especial María, es encantadora y muy dulce.
También la gente que trabaja en el salón de comida.

Si tuviese que poner alguna pega sería a la orientación de la habitación que nos tocó, daba a la calle principal y desde la ventana la gente te ve, tenía que estar la cortina pasada.

El personal del hotel excepcional, siempre atentos a cualquier detalle, por pequeño que sea. El hotel es muy bonito y acogedor.

Wundervolles Hotel mit mediterranem Ambiente, alles sehr harmonisch. Essen wunderbar. Am allerbesten das grossartige, warmherzige, aufmerksame Personal. Vielen Dank für diesen herrlichen Aufenthalt.

Considero que deberias poder acceder todos los dias 1 hora a la piscina y spa.

Experiencia maravilhosa. Conforto, tranquilidade, excelente atendimento, ambiente belo e decorado para relaxar, sustentabilidade. As suites no ultimo andar com varanda permitem uma vista deslumbrante do nascer do sol no mar a cidade vieja iluminada a noite. O Nomad Altea nos faz sentir que realmente estamos em férias.

We had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked into the hotel. It is beautifully designed and still quite new. Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful, always making sure we were enjoying our stay. I recommend this

No parking at the property and no help bringing the luggage from garage in another street. When we complaint they told us that helps us exercise - the fact of bringing all our luggage with no help - .
