Pros:

Good : Easy to find, great comms, generally very clean indeed, quality of bathroom (great shower) and general decor far exceeded my expectation.
Bad : False fire alarm at 4.30am, used underwear and socks from.previous guest in a drawer.

Pros:

Really clean, spacious and loads of plug sockets which was great. Kitchen was perfect for what we needed and car park out the back was very convenient. We walked to Coventry Arena close by, through the big Tesco round the back and found other shops too - incredibly handy would definitely go back. Met the owner and he was really nice, and asked if there was anything he could do - really lovely service. Easily 5*.

Overall a good find. I was a little anxious before forehand as it was just me and my daughter. But really no need!

Check in was straight forward and easy. Property was relatively new, clean and fresh, excellent bathroom, kitchenette. Bottle water, toiletries lovely extras. Nice to have a fridge for cold drinks. Perfect location for Coventry Arena, a quick walk. With free parking at the property, no need to move car.
Two issues we encountered, the property is on a busy main road which isn't overly an issue when windows are shut. But on a warm summers evening, the room was hot! The owner had provided a fan which did provide some coolness but sadly not enough for the whole room/two people. More needs to be done regarding the temperature of the room.

I would stay again but request a room at the back of the property. Thank you again

Pros:

The apartment was reasonably clean and tidy, and had everything as described. Access was easy and the instructions were clear. Lots of parking behind the property was a bonus.
Unfortunately my stay was during very hot weather. The room was stiflingly hot with no obvious way of controlling the temperature. Although the windows would open, the main road directly outside the front of the property was so noisy that sleeping with the windows open was not an option, so this was a very uncomfortable night, in spite of the nice bed.
The bathroom had a distinctly musty smell, that was unpleasant but not limiting, though the fittings were nice and the shower excellent.
The small kitchenette was really useful, and reasonably well equipped with essentials though a sieve would have been useful as would a cafetière.
Would I stay again? Possibly in winter, definitely not in summer.

Clean, modern, well-designed room, very well situated for the CBS Arena.
Is on a busy main road which can get noisy, The TV has an array of options, e.g. Netflix, but finding basic terrestial channels was a challenge with no instructions.

Fantastically clean. Never had anywhere that was so well presented. Room was very well done. Perfect for a 1 night stay.

Recently decorated and in very good condition, room was great for me, bed comfortable and parking fine. only drawback was that the building in general was a bit noisy, I just wore earplugs.

On a busy main road with secure off road parking at the back
I managed to grab a space on the front of the property
It was also perfect for where I was working for a couple of days
