Enjoyable stay. Food in buffets was good and staff attentive and friendly. Good choice of Moroccan and European dishes and excellent pizza oven and daily barbecue.
Room comfortable and clean. Pools great and on site golf course convenient and attractive.

Fint hotel. Maden var dog kedelig og ensformet. Typisk buffet hotel på den dårlige måde. Værelserne er super fine og eksklusive. Hotellets udvendige arealer bærer dog præg af slitage med mange løse træbræder omkring pool området.

Séjour très bien. L’hôtel est vraiment bien, propre. Les repas sont diversifiés, il y en a pour tous les goûts.
Le personnel est très serviable, aucune fausse note pour notre sejour.

Το φαγητό ενώ ήταν πάντα άφθονο ήταν δύσκολο για τα δικά μας στομάχια έντονα μπαχαρικά και το λάδι δεν ηταν καλό με αποτέλεσμα να χαλάει την γεύση ακόμα και στην σαλάτα . Τα γλυκά ήταν υπέροχα πιστεύω με λίγες αλλαγές στην ποιότητα του λαδιού και λιγότερα μπαχαρικά θα έχουν το επιθυμητό αποτέλεσμα

Petite déception en arrivant, j'avais demandé une chambre vie jardin, javais la vu sur le débarras derrière l'hôtel (batiment avec vieux mobilier)

En dehors de cette petite déception, l'accueil etait vraiment chaleureux, de la part de tout les employés, des femmes de ménage au "chef".
L'hôtel est propre. Les chambre nickel chaque jour avec toujours une petite attention, bahia etait tellement agréable et souriante.

Manque peut-etre de diversités au niveau du buffet, c'est souvent la même chose.
Mais je suis ravie de ma semaine.

Un établissement spacieux avec un personnel très sympathique et souriant. Soucieux du confort du client. Le concept adultes seulement est très appréciable. All inclusive aussi.
Séjour de 6 jours très satisfaisant.

Our stay at the hotel was unfortunately disappointing due to a series of issues, particularly with the rooms. We had to change rooms three times. The first room had an old bathtub instead of the Italian shower we had booked, and it was only accessible by walking through an active construction area. The second room was on the first floor next to the security office, which offered no privacy, and the balcony window was broken and couldn’t be opened. The third room was slightly better, but we still struggled to open the balcony door, and the process to get this final room was long and frustrating.

We also experienced a water leak in the toilet. Despite requesting help from the front desk, no one came, so we had to shut off the water ourselves. The TV was not a smart TV and didn’t work until we requested a technician, which added to the stress.

The food was another low point. It was repetitive, lacked variety, and had little flavor. The Moroccan cuisine, in particular, was poorly prepared and did not reflect the richness of the country’s food culture.

On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially those in the restaurant, at the pool, in housekeeping, and the entertainment team.

Truly i believe this hotel deserves 2 stars service.
Main reasons was that the hotel food was tasteless, bland and didn't had much options in the menu. Some of their building blocks were not in use and were falling apart.

Top hôtel, très grand ,3 piscines et personnel au top. J'ai eu droit à un surclassement sans rien demander. De la place pour tout le monde au restaurant, buffet incroyable ! Le personnel est très accueillant ce qui fait honneur au Maroc ! À refaire!

I'm giving a 3-star rating only because the food was excellent and the kitchen staff were outstanding. The food was consistently delicious and catered well to our tastes. We appreciated the variety, something new every day and most of the kitchen staff were friendly and approachable

Deposit Confusion:
On the first day, we paid the deposit for the swimming towels in euros, as we didn’t have any dirhams. However, we noticed that the remaining change was returned in dirhams, which wasn’t explained to us at the time. We even asked the staff member who conducted our briefing if we’d get the deposit back in euros, and she confirmed that we would. Nothing was mentioned about an exchange.
The day before checkout, we had to argue with the staff to get our deposit returned in euros. They claimed we had already exchanged the money, which wasn’t true and this was never communicated to us. Eventually, after some back and forth, we did get the deposit back in euros, but the whole situation was frustrating and poorly handled.

Room Issues:
The bathroom drain was blocked, and it flooded every time we took a shower. We had to use towels to keep the water from spreading into the room. We reported it twice, but no one came to fix it.
The fridge wasn’t working.
The safe didn’t work either.
The tea table was stained.
The body shower gel bottle was empty on arrival and never refilled, despite daily room cleaning.
Shuttle Bus Timing:
I really wish the free shuttle bus had more convenient timings.

Very quiet place and also entertaining at the same time.

Ce n’est pas un hôtel 5 étoiles , et je ne comprends pas sur quelle base on lui donne 5 étoiles , cette hôtel mérite 3,5 étoiles , système à l’ancienne début des années 2000 , chaque jour le ménage à 2:00 du matin à côté de la piscine qui est d’ailleurs très salle avec des insectes, des clients de l’hôtel bourré a 3:00 du matin , beaucoup de bruits sans aucune réaction de la part des responsables, les photos ce n’est que 5% de cette mauvaise expérience , du jamais vu
